You will be responsible for helping to drive various internal operations projects (internal systems, change management, policy adoptions) for Nortal North America and working with the sales team to build RFP responses. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects within predetermined budgetary and timeline constraints. You are obsessed with achieving project goals and ensuring optimal outcomes. You are excellent at learning new domains, understanding and navigating complexity, dealing with imperfection and vagueness, and making compromises to ultimately meet the defined goals. You have excellent people management, stakeholder engagement, vendor(s) management, and communication skills, alongside technical and/or domain understanding of what the project is aiming to achieve. You know how to set up and align new teams to be focused on project goals.
