You will play a pivotal role in connecting teams, facilitating smooth workflows, and supporting leadership with tailored reporting and strategic insights.
This position involves overseeing the integration and management of project management systems, fostering a collaborative environment, and working closely with the leadership team to align internal communications with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Internal Communication Optimization: Oversee the implementation and optimization of internal communication tools and processes to ensure alignment across all departments.
This includes managing digital workspaces such as Notion, ClickUp, and other communication platforms.System Integration and Synchronization: Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of all project management and communication tools to enhance team collaboration and productivity.Process Development and Improvement: Design and implement workflows and communication strategies that promote transparency, streamline processes, and ensure team members have timely access to relevant information.Collaborative Reporting: Work directly with leadership to craft and deliver tailored reports that provide insights into team performance, project status, and potential communication gaps.Training and Support: Lead training initiatives for internal tools and systems, ensuring all employees are proficient in using platforms like Notion and ClickUp to enhance collaboration and productivity.Troubleshooting and System Performance: Monitor the performance of internal communication and workflow systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues promptly.Stay Informed on Best Practices: Keep up to date with the latest trends in internal communications and digital workspace tools, and implement improvements to enhance team collaboration and communication
