We are looking for someone who can produce work independently, work collaboratively and have experience in delivering as a consultant in a client facing capacity.
The role is Mexico City based.The Project Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of a range of construction projects across Mexico and Latin America.QualificationsExperience in working in the construction industry and/ or project coordination experience.Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Project Compliance Coordination role or Document Control role.
Ideally your experience will be in Commercial Office or Retail projects.General understanding of the procurement process and contract types for appointing a General Contractor, Engineer and Architect.Experience managing and inputting information into a shared database.Experience establishing purchase orders, budget variations, and payments to vendors.Proficient with collaborative software including SharePoint.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular a strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to problem solve and manage client expectations.Polished individual who demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.Passion and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative high paced environment.Commercial awareness – ability to recognize business opportunities based on Turner & Townsends wider scopes of service delivery.Information technology capability - Adequately proficient on the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel), SharePoint and Oracle experience is desirable.
