Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.
Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the Project Control / Operations group.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, sending meeting invitations, and arranging events both inside and outside the office.
This may include handling food and beverage requests.
Prepare reports, organizational charts, and presentations for district leader meetings.
Manage scheduling and logistics for travel, meetings, and other activities as needed.
Maintain internal and external contact lists.
Follow up on deadlines and commitments made by district leaders.
Requirements Recent Grad Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
Advanced level of English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge in Power BI and creation of dashboards is a plus.
Knowledge of Visio is an additional advantage.
