Detonate a Continuous Improvement Culture on the facility by enabling the facility staff to take advantage of the Productivity tools on hand.This position reports directly to Plant Director and has 6 direct reports.Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization (e.G., Operations manager, Maintenance, finance, Production).Functionally reports to Kellanova North America's region KWS Director - English proficiency required.This position is full on site; Linare's Plant.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingResponsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the responsibilities of my team to ensure compliance with the policies, programs and procedures of EHSS and facilitate the resources for its execution; takes the strategic decisions to ensure the correct implementation of the management and development of the EHSS culture.Responsible of Gemba and GMP audit execution, in case of the identification of any food safety deviation, it has the responsibility of report and follow up the corrective action. In case of any product direct risk he has the responsibility of shutting down the process and assure the correction.Assure the formulas, scrap, overweights, rates & efficiencies are all in place for the innovation, they must match according the budget referecences on hand, by this meaning they have to be consistent with the current scenario the plant will be living with the entrance of the new product. The rates have to be balanced to the direct efficiencies the new portfolio will bring to the facility.Facility management of KWS Continuous Improvement Methodology (Strategy Deployment, Systemic Settings, Training Execution and Implementation Assurance).Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing principles, tools and methodology (Kanban, pull system, process mapping, time-movement studies, Problem solving, layout optimization & SMED).Pipeline Savings Executor & Consultant; there should be a basicknowledge to load savings into a DCF. Finance and budget control requirements.Your Recipe for SuccessBachelor's degree in Engineering - manufacture, industrial or related.4-5 years prior experience in manufacturing environment - FMCG companies required.Leadership, organizational and communication skills, advanced problem solving skills.Analytical approach and results oriented.Strong SAP, PRD environment, ZLA, SMED.English proficiency is required
