What we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Transition Management division responsible for working directly with customers in a project setting to manage the deployment and integration of various security technology platforms with Trustwave Managed Security Services. Customers will predominantly be North American based, calling for the applicant to be comfortable with servicing those business hours.

What a Transition Coordinator is responsible for: Develop and manage project plans to deliver Trustwave's products and services to our clients based on the requirements defined in the Statement of Work.Manage client expectations by tracking and reporting status against project milestones and deliverables.Identify, lead and manage internal resources necessary to execute the project.Identify, classify and appropriately manage RAID (Risk/Action/Issue/Decision) items through resolution.Develop communication plans including status reporting frequency, format and approach.Effectively apply and enhance Trustwave's Project Management framework – hybrid Traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Conduct post-implementation, lessons learned, and retrospective reviews that can be used to improve delivery of Transition management services.Facilitate team and customer meetings effectively and efficiently.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.Skills and requirements that would make you a good fit: General knowledge of Security technologies and services like e.g. SIEM, XDR, NGFW and Threat Detection.Cloud technologies/platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare, Google Cloud).Required above knowledge needs to be sufficient to fluently talk internally and with customers about delivered solutions on a high level.Experience with CRM, File management and ticketing systems: JIRA, Service Now, SharePoint, GitHub.Very good verbal and written communication in English.Good interpersonal skills to work well with many people from different departments and countries.Process-oriented. Create, document, and optimize processes for different products and services deployments.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in non-standard business hours. Role is to cover typical North America AMS business hours region, therefore work hours span from morning to late evening hours. We give flexibility in arranging own business hours; however, often it is business/project driven.Highly motivated with an ability to work with minimum supervision.Essential technical experience: At least 1 year experience working as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in Information Security / IT projects management / managing virtual teams.Bachelor's degree in information technology / project management or professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Prince2 or similar Area of Study.Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in Mexico.
