Your key responsibilities will include:Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion utilizing designated tools and processes, ensuring quality control throughout.Client Relationship Management: Understand client objectives, manage timelines, budgets, and expectations, while interpreting their needs for successful project outcomes.Procurement and Vendor Management: Supervise project material acquisition, develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, manage bids, and issue subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, change orders, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs).Billing and Financial Management: Prepare project billings according to client standards, manage change orders for clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to financial protocols.Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication of project status to all stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to manage schedules and address tasks as needed.Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and ensuring compliance with standards and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.**Requirements**:Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, with a preference for 2-3 years' experience, particularly in the construction or manufacturing industry.Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, including proficiency in English and bilingual abilities preferred.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and Bluebeam.Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Familiarity with window construction is preferred, but not required
