We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organise all typesworking, looking to learn and have a positive 'can do' attitude.**Duties/Responsibilities**:- Managing and being responsible for the booking of Sapphire resources- Assign tasks to internal teams and provide comprehensive diary management- 1-2-1 support for Project Managers- Weekly meetings- Running project reports- Entering Project Plans- Ensure PMs are following governance guidelines- Project Control- Remote Project Management for smaller projects- Liaison with Clients to schedule resource- Liaison with Clients and Consultants to define requirements and ensure pre-requisites aremet- Ensuring all provisional time is confirmed / released- Ensuring all 'Available' days are utilised- Ensuring the correct Consultant is booked for the job, i.E.. checking skill set- Setting up ISOFs (Sales Orders)- Sending out Services Confirmations to Clients / Consultants**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Experience of working in an office environment- Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment- Knowledge of resource planning- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations- Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with team members- Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions- Personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment toexceptional customer care and service in all activities.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to work to deadlines- Ability to work under pressure- Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration- Exemplary communication skills- Organising efficiently and actively plan own priorities- Pursue excellence in all aspects of businessExcellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite for the position
