**Position**: Solar and Pool Project Coordinator (100%Remote)We are looking to hire a highly motivated remote project coordinator to be part of a growing home services company (solar and pool services) based out of Colorado, USA.
The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week.
You will be primarily responsible for inbound sales and supporting back office operations.
**Responsibilities with Solar Company (20% of workload)**- Confirm customer details and provide a tailored home solar analysis as part of the qualification process- Help develop processes and documentation to improve sales and lead generation- Keep good detailed records of each customer interaction on our company CRM software- Provide support to back office operations such as invoicing, scheduling field teams, and other related duties as needed.- There is a second support role with a sister pool company where you will be coordinating new pool construction (updating clients for progress and getting information from contractors**Responsibilities with Pool Installation Company (80% of workload)**- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding the progress of a new pool installation/construction- You will field a few customer calls a week regarding their active or new pool installation project- Support back office operations such as invoicing, field team scheduling and other duties as needed**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales and project experience with US-based businesses- Previous experience in the solar industry preferred.- Must have excellent phone skills in building a rapport with the leads- Familiarity with CRM Software and other tools- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise- Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken)- Must have a hunger and drive to be successful- Independent and able to think outside of the box to solve problems- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results- You must be reliable and show up on time.
**Growth Opportunity**- Within 6 months consideration for Sales Executive.
Essentially moving from sales lead and appointment coordinator to running the sales solo.
Within 12 months sales manager.
**Training**- 1 week of training to include sales lead management, lead generation/tracking, appointment scheduling and solar software Solo.
**Payment**:- Base monthly salary is $1,200 USD- Solar incentives: $40 bonus per each appointment scheduled that holds and $150 per customer purchases and installs solar system- Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-monthly)**Schedule**:8:00 am to 4:30 pm MDT (Monday through Friday)**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
