BEPC has an open positir a Project CoordinatorLocation:RemoteContract Length:1 year contract with possibilitir nsionsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceCore Purpose of the role:To work with the Program Director, workstream leaders, and project leaders to implement agreed project planning, monitoring, and control processes to ensure the tracking and reporting is accurate and timely across the program.Specific key accountabilities:The project controller/scheduler is responsibr:Implementing the agreed project planning, scheduling, management, and controlling processesSupporting the workstream and project managers to produce project and resource plans in line with agreed processes.Reviewing and approving all project plans to ensure adherence to agrermats and approachProviding challenge to the project leaders on content and approach of project plansWorking with the workstream leaders and project leaders to identify, resolve, and report on issues, risks, and challengesReviewing, monitoring, and reportingon the progress and trends of projects against the agreed metrics up through to the PMOIdentifying potential risks and issues at project and resource level and report to workstream leaders and the Program ManagerAdministering the RADIO and other program management processesCreating detailed project with the project leaders and ensuring that the activities integrate at a project and workstream levelIntegrating the projects at a level agreed, creating mid-level plans, milestone plans and baseline the Master Schedule.Short Term Objectives:Communicate planning processes to project leadersWork with project leaders to create detailed project plansCreate the program structure and management toolsCreate the monitoring and reporting processesImplement the agreed PMO processes and proceduresKey success measures:Consistent project planning and management approachAn integrated master schedule in place and baselinedProject controls and review processes operating effectivelyTimely and accurate reporting against the agreed metricsRADIO process operating effectively
