LawRank is a legal marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, and Web Design and Development. We work with attorneys throughout the US. We're currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (PC) with digital agency experience to handle multiple accounts to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers to develop new business from existing clients.

As a PC, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling all client communications,
- Customer Satisfaction: Managing client requests to foster an effective personal working relationship as a key contact
- Understand customers' organization and procedures in detail.
- Working with different departments, liaising with cross-functional internal teams, SEO teams, and Development teams to improve the entire customer experience.
- Overseeing web development projects
- Assist with challenging client requests
- Meeting launch deadlines
- Uploading content and images to WordPress sites,
- Working closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of PM experience, proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Strong attention to detail,
- Ability to work well with little supervision,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Friendly and client-centric, developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Background in SEO is a huge plus and online marketing is a plus but not required
- Exceptionally well organized
- Must be a team player who can multi-task and handle different personalities well to achieve a given objective.

- It is a plus to have account management experience
- Experience managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- High Level of English - Bilingual is a PLUS
