Project Coordinator

**Requirements**:- Perform the triage, scoping and quoting of event services- Manage the delivery of services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our vendors,ensuring the milestones are met by both the customers and vendors, handling exceptions andescalations, and ensuring successful service delivery.- Support Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in presenting theservice offering to our customers and answering detailed questions- Collaborate to build collateral and supporting material- Track completion of projects and reconcile revenue with the Operations and Finance team- Maintain a high degree of service satisfaction**Who you are**:- You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with events, know the operationalchallenges of events and have a clear understanding of what it takes to execute flawlessonsite operations.- You must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in service delivery of coordination ofprojects- You build strong relationships with business teams and customers and always communicateeffectively with all team members.- You have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills- You thrive in a fast-paced (sometimes stressful) real-time environment and can managemultiple projects- You display initiative and take a proactive approach to find ways to remove barriers to move aproject forward- You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
