Project Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Perform the triage, scoping and quoting of event services
- Manage the delivery of services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our vendors,

ensuring the milestones are met by both the customers and vendors, handling exceptions and

escalations, and ensuring successful service delivery.
- Support Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in presenting the

service offering to our customers and answering detailed questions
- Collaborate to build collateral and supporting material
- Track completion of projects and reconcile revenue with the Operations and Finance team
- Maintain a high degree of service satisfaction

**Who you are**:

- You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with events, know the operational

challenges of events and have a clear understanding of what it takes to execute flawless

onsite operations.
- You must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in service delivery of coordination of

projects
- You build strong relationships with business teams and customers and always communicate

effectively with all team members.
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced (sometimes stressful) real-time environment and can manage

multiple projects
- You display initiative and take a proactive approach to find ways to remove barriers to move a

project forward
- You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
