Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**- Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and completion of the specific projects ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.- Lead a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan.**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage project development from initiation to closure.- Ensure standards and requirements are met.- Manage project team, define tasks and required resources.- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.- Lead internal and external development resources to ensure products are built to the specifications.- Gather customer requirements, document and convert it in solutions.- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.- Project Management in I4.0 projects**Qualifications**:**EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.- Advanced English- Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodology is a plus- PMP certification is a plus**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (Preferable in Manufacturing and Software industry)- Knowledge and experience with Project Management tools and/or software packages- Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment- Project leadership skills- APQP / PPAP process knowledge -Core tools- Budget planning (Form III/MAR/SAP/WBS generation and controlling)- ECR implementation- Project Scheduling (Microsoft Project)Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
