As a highly responsible Project Coordinator, you will enjoy administering and organizing all creative and marketing projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.**About the Role**In this opportunity as a** **Project Coordinator, **you will:- Ensure that each request has the tools it needs to meet project milestones- Create project schedules that include materials estimates and resource needs to be submitted to management- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for Studio Leads- Work within project management software solutions- Work with team members and clients to handle project issues as they arise- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves- Break projects into doable actions via templates and set timeframes with- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management- Analyze risks and opportunities- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures**About You**You're a fit for the role if your background includes:- College degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration or related field- Project Management Certification (preferred)- Four to six years + agency (or corporate/in-house) experience in Account or Project Management role.- A self-starter with the ability to work independently with mínimal managerial supervision- Demonstrated an understanding of project management concepts- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans- Experience using Workfront (Work Management Software) a plus.- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills**To apply, please upload your updated resume in English
