.**Main function**:- The Technical Project Coordinator enhances the team's effectiveness by supporting the team to accomplishestablished goals by providing the following support: meeting schedule, coordination and management ofproject activity calls; manage, amend, organizedocuments for status updates (including SmartSheet, ExcelWorkbooks, etc.), Create long and short terms plans to ensure projects stay on task and meet key milestones.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 3+ years' experience managing ERP software implementations- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to consistently set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale among teammembers- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills- Familiarity working with remote teams and customers- Track record of creating and then executing long, detailed project plans- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC, data migration, system integrations, and testing)- Experience in Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies- Ability to identify resource requirements and manage team schedules across multiple projects in differentphases of execution- Ability to travel average 15% of the time.
