**Job Description**:
This position includes but is not limited to:
- Assists project managers on large complex projects
- Supports project managers not located at manufacturing plant
- Coordinate successful execution of low-risk projects
- Manage project schedules and support revenue forecasting
- Conducts regular project status meetings with key project stakeholders as required
Key responsibilities:
- Help plan and host factory visits/meetings with customers
- Provide support to coordinate witness test and customer inspections (WT/CI) at the factory
- Assist project manager to create, organize, and submit custom documentation
- Provide accurate information regarding manufacturing progress by attending meetings with production and visually inspection of equipment
- Assist Project Managers to process and implement change orders and resolve material shortages
- Coordinate with engineering, PM, or customer to ensure special requirements are implemented per specifications i.e. special labeling, shipping instructions, and etc.
- Support PM to follow-up and coordinate ship-less and miscellaneous item shipments
- Manage critical delivery improvement requests for non PM'd orders
- Proactively identify and resolve ship holds and clerical issues preventing orders from shipping
- Provide back-up support to project managers as needed
- Follow up with logistics coordinator for dropship item tracking information/ ETA site and POD
- Support PMO Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Project Management preferred; however, 6 or more years related ETO experience acceptable
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or willingness to become certified
- English Proficient (written and conversation)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years customer related experience in a project-oriented environment
- Previous industrial controls experience
- Experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) Motor Control Centers
- Lean Six Sigma background (yellow belt, green belt, black belt)
