**Project Lead**
The Project Lead position is one of the most essential positions in our company! You will coordinate between our clients and technicians to facilitate a wide variety of maintenance services within properties and facilities, while providing complicated decision making to an endless variety of problems daily.
Shifts **:Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.**
**Duties**:
- Assign and schedule assessments, repairs, recalls, and second opinions with technicians or vendors.
- Responsible for calling the Point of Contact of a work order to inquire about additional information needed before dispatch.
- Reactively procure new technicians and backups for all work orders.
- Responsible for procuring/obtaining a detailed description of the situation, a clear plan of action, and a ballpark figure for costs which we internally refer to as the assessment.
- Responsible for obtaining correct specifications, brand, model number, and serial number for any replacement parts, materials, or equipment needed to be ordered.
- Prepare the Quote/Proposal/Bid based on the assessment, market value, costs, and contracted charges.
- Responsible for obtaining before, during, and after pictures as well as a sign-off for each client-site visit.
- In some cases, the project manager will have to challenge the technician due to insufficient/unacceptable rates or assessments, where the PC is responsible for getting a second, third, or fourthopinion.
- Update colleagues, clients, and all systems proactively.
- Before closing a work order, the project coordinator is responsible for uploading all documentation and cost associated with it for proper invoicing.
**Requirements and Skills**:

Pay: $15,000.00 - $42,038.00 per month
