.Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Project Coordinator.What you'll do:Job Summary:Responsible for proactively managing and coordinating the commercial aspects of project orders containing standard, assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order equipment. The incumbent will serve as a customer advocate and demonstrate a leadership role in complex issues related to the project, while communicating with plants, field sales, and assigned customer base regarding the status of orders including production schedules and logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of Large and Major complex project orders commitments.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external customers in assigned territory or vertical segment.- Use Eaton prescribed tools and applications to enter project orders consisting of Built-To-Order, Assembled-To-Order, and Engineered-To-Order equipment.- Promote proactive project management through timely and accurate communications with internal partners (Operations, Credit, Sales) and external customers relative to scheduling status, expediting, change orders, logistics and financial order management.- Serve as the customer's advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to peer contacts in the operations and escalating issues as required to management.- Manage daily phone and email activity, providing directions, solutions and updates, including back-up support as necessary for teammates.- Demonstrate proficiency in providing proactive support on complex orders which may include those assigned to Field Project Managers.- Take active role in developing, mentoring, and monitoring On-the-Job-Training for less experienced Project Coordinators.- Meet expectations per EatonCare Service Level Agreement.- Perform all other duties as required by Regional Management.Qualifications:Education level required:- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution required.Years and area of experience required:- Minimum 2 years' experience working with small to large projects in the electrical industry, either in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering.Technical knowledge:- Proficient in English language.- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.- Successful experience as a Project Coordinator or Sales Representative.Skills:Soft skills:- Drive for results.- Makes Decisions & Solves Problems.- Demonstrates a Collaborative Style.- Promotes and Champions Change.- Business Acumen.- Pursues personal development.- Digital Mindset.- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication).- Strong computer skills including proficiency in typing.- Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution and managing priorities
