- Coordination and monitoring of change requests.
- Making decisions on implementation in cooperation with the plant, specialist departments and, if necessary, customers/suppliers, including coordination of release requirements.
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of the entire change process.
- Execution of product cost optimization (PKO) and transfer of changes to other projects and sites.
- Main responsibility for the support of products in series at the site.
- Timing and cost responsibility of supported projects (project reporting).
- Overall responsibility for product management in PLM and release of saleable products.
- Coordination of the internal process "pre-series and pre-project batches until delivery" (including timing and component procurement).
