.Expertise France is the public agency of French international technical cooperation. The agency operates around four priorities:democratic, economic and financial governance; security and stability of countries in crisis/post-crisis situations; sustainable development; strengthening health systems, social protection and employment.In these areas, Expertise France carries out engineering and implementation missions for capacity building projects, mobilizes technical expertise and acts as an aggregator of projects involving public expertise and private know-how.With an activity volume of 233 million euros, more than 400 projects in portfolio in 80 countries, and 63,000 days of expertise, Expertise France focuses its action towards France's solidarity policy, influence and economic diplomacy.Mission descriptionWithin the "Human Capital and Social Development" department and the "Social Protection and Decent Work" unit, the project coordinator will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the project. S/he will also be responsible for the supervision of a Project Assistant and for the coordination with the Paris-based team.Duties and Responsibilities (not exhaustive):Under the supervision and in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the headquarters of Expertise France, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):Project Management and Co-ordinationSupervision and coordination of project assistant and team of short-term experts.Ensure the effective coordination, implementation and monitoring of activities; including ensuring thatall activities are running and all deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and in line with EF commitments.Ensure the effective and productive mobilisation of the transversal functions of Expertise France.Co-ordination with Paris office.Operational and financial management and monitoringSupervise the operational, technical and administrative management of deliverables (deadlines, key milestones, technical content, budget, etc.).Prepare monthly operational and financial reporting to the Project Manager at Expertise France HQ (advancement of the project, dashboard update, financial execution, relations with the beneficiaries, health assessment of the project etc.) in close collaboration with the Project Assistant.Manage the project's local bank account and/or cash account, and prepare monthly reporting.Ensure proper application of EF tools and procedures allowing the effective management of the technical and financial aspects of the program.Technical supportProvide support with the research of information and documentation related to the project's objectives and manage the access to information and documentation for the projects.Support elaboration of study visits planning
