**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support onboarding process improvements and act as a People Ops representative.
- Act as a brand ambassador for STAND 8, supporting internal staff in company recognition programs.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2, C1).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in O365.
**Nice to have Experience**
- Previous experience in IT or staffing companies.
- Experience with sequencing such as in HubSpot or Bullhorn automations.
- Graphic design skills or experience with Figma, Framer, or similar web platform
- Project management or coordination experience.
- Previous work in customer service, event planning, creative marketing or technical writing.
