Position Description As a Medical Affairs Project Coordinator, Medical Affairs you will: Provide administrative support for Clinical Medical Teams (CMTs) initiatives alongside the Business Partner team.
Collaborate efficiently with CMTs across all Therapeutic Areas using PM Project Management best practices methodologies.
Open Purchase Orders (POs) and manage the PO lifecycle across multiple Therapy Areas, including invoicing.
Assist Business Partners with Advisory Board Oversight Committee (ABOC) meetings, including planning meetings, preparing agendas, completing meeting minutes, and handling Ad Hoc tasks.
Assist with process improvements and prepare for Congresses, Ad Boards and CMT meetings.
Manage general meeting logistics across multiple Therapy Areas, including invites, agendas, meeting prep, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to teams.
Manage project timelines, documentation, and status updates in a timely manner for various initiatives.
Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A university degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting project needs.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Fluent English.
