**Responsibilities**:- Control project plans, tasks, and timelines using project management tools like Jira.- Communicate with customers on both technical and task levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.- Ensure tasks are executed on time and following all project requirements and client expectations.- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to clients as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project plans, task assignments, and client communications.
**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a technical or software development environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.- Expert level proficiency and familiarity with project management tools, as well as mastery of Jira.- Average SQL knowledge is required.- Proficiency in English is essential.
