- As a Project coordinator, you'll be expected to support a project, or several projects/a program, within one of the KPMG International Portfolios. You'll be expected to utilize your business knowledge, and project management experience, to support administrative activities within each project/program.
- It is expected to follow the in-house project lifecycle from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices and artifacts.
**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Meeting management
- Ability to chair, set and manage a meeting agenda
- Tracking/management of tasks, deadlines, ownership
- Note taking
- Project planning - track, manage and report on progress
- People management - ability to effectively communicate with Stakeholders and team members
- Schedule management
- Risk management (need an understanding)
- Presentation skills (PPT); ability to summarize and tell a story
- Coordinate and facilitate core and extended project track meetings
- Complying with all reporting requirements
- Utilizing and ensuring project adherence to KPMG standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle.
- Administrative support within a project/program.
**Expected Skills**:
- 3-5yrs of experience
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio and Clarizen
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing projects and programs
- Self-motivated and output focused.
