Oversee small parts of the larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks.**Qualifications**:- Minimum experience of 1 year in the area of Project Management.- Previous experience in the Telecommunications market (Will be taken as a plus)- Information management/reporting to external clients- Have led a work team- Consider itself as a multifunctional and proactive person- Open to change and professional growth- English written and verbal communication skills- Interested in the Telecommunications and technology market- Service orientation- Highly organized- Capacity to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously- Strong communicator, with an ability to influence and persuade others- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with colleagues of varied backgrounds.- Organized record keeping and other work habits.- Willing to learn and be trained- Sense of urgency- Tech-savvy**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the project is progressing as it should be.- Monitor progress.- Coordinate meetings.- Support project manager.- Coordinate schedule.- Reporting the current state of the project.- High level of customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed.- Assists in preparing project specifications, production of technical reports, and others.- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tracks them.- Prepares what is needed for purchases.**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
