Project Coordinators supervise that construction works on time, quality, and safety during the construction process. You will assist the Project Manager in the management of control documents, reports, weekly meetings, and field follow-up.Project Coordinator Responsibilities:Responsible to assist in the follow-up of the entire project, hand to hand with the project manager.Organize and review project contract documents.Provide support to Project Manager throughout construction phase services as assistant.Elaboration of daily and weekly reports, support and document weekly construction meetings, contractor submittals and engineering drawings proper follow-up, tracking the construction schedule.Assist with weekly meetings to constructions sites.Support the Project Manager in the management the contractor on all activities during the construction phase.Daily inspections on site, works focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according with the engineering and submittals approved, during all construction process.Coordinate with the contractor the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.Project Coordinator Qualifications:Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervisionPreferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural, civil engineer or any construction related program.Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.Preferable Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams.Effective and fluent ability to speak in public in Spanish (English desirable) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.Leadership of small to larger project Teams desirable.Basic knowledge of local and international construction codes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
