You will get to build on your talents through our knowledge-sharing culture, working across borders and collaborating with top professionals in the industry.A Project Coordinator is an administrative professional who assists project managers with coordinating, organizing, and controlling project activities through communicating all activities of the project. They fulfill their obligations by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, information, and other project execution needs. Project Coordinators handle projects with the goal of seeing them through on time and within budget. This role is crucial to Knight Piésold's success because they ensure projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the project, and reporting its status to the management and stakeholders.- Support Operations Manager, Project Managers and Project Controls Manager.- Create and update staff schedules and staff forecasting.- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.- Coordinate logistics for travel and to support safe access to work sites.- Coordinate activities in support of employee safety in the workplace.- Provide support to field staff assigned to client work sites as needed.- Ensure project deadlines are met.- Support technical and administrative teams on field work when needed.- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.- Be a point of contact for various working groups.- Prepare and keep project documentation such as daily reports, EVM reports, meetings minutes, etc.- Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy of data for invoicing and to issue invoices.- Handle sub-contractors, vendors and purchases.**Qualifications**:- 5 years' experience in related fields.- Bilingual: Spanish and English.- Possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, customer service and interaction skills.- Organized, resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in an environment of multi-tasking.- Strong communication skills.- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.- Ability to work well under pressure.- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.- Ability to work as part as of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Adobe.- Ability to read and understand bid documents.- Ability to work on tight deadlines.- Strong attention to detail
