Descripción Plan, coordinate and monitor the development process for construction projects.Lead multiple teams to meet project schedules for construction projects.Oversee and guide all aspects of assigned development projects, including coordination with company partners on land and building acquisitions and dispositions.Support financial tasks such as Proforma creation, internal approvals, financial reporting, and overall project financial performance.Manage budgets, assess risks, and track both hard and soft costs related to land, infrastructure, and construction.Hire and manage design professionals and consultants, ensuring adherence to project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans, and lead the approval process from acquisition through permitting to project closeout.Provide and coordinate estimating for development phases and oversee contract administration during construction.Conduct on-site inspections for progress, safety, and quality, coordinating with internal and external consultants.Lead project closeout with all relevant parties and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.Respond to build-to-suit or leasing RFPs, establish plans, budgets, and schedules, and participate in regular development meetings to ensure milestones are met.Surpass customer expectations, monitor local construction market trends, and research design and construction alternatives to drive innovation without compromising functionality or cost efficiency.Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural is a bonus).Minimum of 10 years' experience working in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, Development, or similar industries.PM experience.Experience on BIM projects.Proven ability to lead, manage internal and external project teams, customers, and stakeholders.Computer proficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in English.Travel availability (+70% of the time).PMP Certified.Qué Ofrecemos Attractive compensation package.
