Experienced Professional**PM Digital IT for DRY Guanajuato plant**:**Let's talk about you**:**IT Business Expert (Local)**As Project Manager Digital IT is a guide that will be leading the interface between business process and IT. In this role, you should be lead, handle and implement digital projects for digitalization of DRY Power Transformers; In additional skills, should show good interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of the Manufacturing plant environment. Part of the day-to-day work happens on the store floor. In addition to having a good relationship with the plant, it is especially meaningful that you are also well connected internally within global IT.The overall IT experience could be varied from 6 to 10 years; and a must have SAP / ERP / Plant IT Tools support (software & hardware) for at least 4 years.**Your Profile**:- University Degree in Engineering Electrical, Mechanical, industrial, mechatronics.- Degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar combined with 5+ years of experience in designing, engineering, testing and commissioning protection, power quality and metering systems for high and medium voltage switchgear projects as well as integrating with substation and power control systems.- Technical Knowledge in Project Management & power generation equipment control systems.- English and Spanish, at professional working proficiency level.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20-40% of time**How you can make a difference**:- Identify potential solutions and/or use cases to increase Digitalization and Automation within Service Operations Procurement activities- Clear communication of project specifications & requirements to both internal & external supply chain. Provide a clear explanation of agreed commitments and identify deviations from Standard build packages to meet the customer requirements.- You have good IT experience of implementing, supporting the MES system and ERP configurations in the area of Supply chain, manufacturing processes at the plant.- You have good relationship with shop floor colleagues and understand routine MES IT system related issues.- Drive pro-actively business development together with the head Controls and Digitalization of Denmark and Sweden to expand our footprint in digital, electrical and descabonization- Together with the plant, you will continue to develop the plant's IT architecture and implement the associated IT roadmaps - coordinated with the SE IT reference architecture- You will also define the plant's IT landscape, may need to manage the IT portfolio and develop it further- You will be responsible for the IT budget and IT processes and will carry out strategic- planning and lead IT projects- You will also implement IT security protection concepts**What you bring**:- Proactive, curious, persistent and self-organized nature as well as willingness to take ownership- Successful completion of a computer science degree or comparable qualification- You have already effectively led IT projects and successfully worked according to agile methods.- You will provide support to MES systems related issues (machine connectivity, Plant connectivity, IoT integrations, ERP system development, etc)- You will provide testing, training and launch support to local plants for MES systems.- You strongly support team collaboration and have excellent persuasion and influencing skills- You have proficient Spanish and good English skills for contact with local and international colleagues- Good command of English communication (written/verbal).**About the team**:We support all IT needs of Power Transformers with employees in more than 30 plants worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated, independent employee at an important and large plant location in Queretaro city in Mexico, which produces switchgears and breakers for the whole world.
