.Responsibilities:Department Establishment: Define the structure, processes, and workflows for the new project management department to ensure long-term sustainability.Tool Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement project management tools and software tailored to the company's needs.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to educate team members on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Cultural Integration: Advocate for a project-oriented mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, to guide project execution.Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and meet project milestones.Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering solutions meet design requirements and quality standards.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or deliverables.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and managing variances to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.Schedule Management: Manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and progress reports, to support project communication and decision-making.Minimum Requirements:3+ years of experience in engineering roles, with exposure to project management and project execution.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience using software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA, Monday or similar.Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices, with expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.G., mechanical, electrical, textile).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
