Your contribution will improve the customer experience and keep Emerson at the top of our industry!**Requirements**:**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**- Bachelor degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering- Business level fluency in English- At least three years in a team management role and a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional service delivery resources is required.- Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities; effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.- Ability to make sound business decisions independently that reflect a balance of both customer and Emerson needs/requirements.- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and demonstrate positive attitude towards change.- Ability to take responsibility and deliver results, ability to communicate, ability to establish personal credibility and integrity, a spirit of initiative, drive, and innovation.- Concern for the team, passion for the business and for creating results.- Possess understanding of supermarket equipment, systems, and controls.- Able to comfortably and easily use conventional computer equipment and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and remote communications software- Able to train and direct the work of others including contractorsDuties and Responsibilities:- Support team resources to ensure consistency in creation of project scopes of work, project plans, cost estimates, and equipment lists/forecasts to align with customer requirements, engaging project team members as required for inputs to these documents.- Ensure the design solution has been value engineered to meet the project requirements with the lowest cost of delivery.- Prepare design submittals and documentation as per stakeholder requirements, ensuring commitment dates are met.- Define a Works Schedule for the engineering tasks of the project with the Operations Manager and drive the engineering team for completed outputs as per the Works Schedule and engineering deliverable milestones.- Assist for commissioning start-up and checkout of systems on-site as well as project management.- Co-ordinate the commissioning team during the commissioning phase of the project, and participate personally in the onsite commissioning.**WHY EMERSON?****Our Commitment to Our People**We invest in our employees to ensure they have the marketplace knowledge, skills and competencies to compete and lead in a global economy.
