Project Engineer

Objective

Coordinate implementation of new capabilities and products, following internal and external customer procedures established by the company, in order to meet cost, timing and quality required by management.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, plan and manage timing of the Project
- Project status reporting to management.
- Work with departments involved and commercial areas to prepare quotation requests (SOW) for capital investments, tools, equipment and facilities.
- Follow up equipment manufacturing timing with suppliers, perform debugging & FAT. Document results and work along with supplier to close items in issue list prior acceptance
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics area the supply of materials for construction events, PPAP, Run at rate and SOP
- Develop product validation plan along with cross functional team
- Coordinate pilot runs, build DVP&R samples and follow up product validation until PSW
- Coordinate the realization of documentation of APQP as Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, set-up sheets, packaging, etc.
- Follow up manufacturing issues and lead the team to get a solution

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 4 years of experiences as Project Engineer or similar position.
- Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer degree,
- Project Management Methodology Knowledge
- Knowledge in problem solving methodology ´s (5W, 8D)
- Self-organization, Leadership and decision-making, Ability to work on multiple projects.
- English communication skills, Experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams in an international environment.
- Goal orientation and leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving. Excellent communication and team working skills
- Fluent English is required
- Solid Works/ Autocad knowledge is a plus
