Job Profile:English skills (business) 70% minimumIATF16949 knowledgeExperience with customer communication, project management knowledge, durability test, PFEMAKnowledge on VA/VE, engineering drawings, Product Lifecycle ManagementConflict management & resolution experienceMinimum 1 year of experience on ERP (must be ERP user, Microsoft D365 experience is a plus)Bachelor's degree in any engineering fieldKPI executionAt least 2 years of experience in project administrationResponsibilities:Meet Project Management KPIs as per Corporate guidelinesLead new product launch processes at the plant levelSupport engineering change managementCreate and maintain documentation according to IATF16949 requirementsTrain personnel in project management processes as neededParticipate and support Application Engineering, Sales, and others with new product launch concepts and drawingsProactive communication among different areas participating in project management processesImplement engineering change management considering a continuous improvement focusParticipate in process audits (Customer, IATF16949, etc.
