Description
Acts as the face of Continental for the development of new products directly with external or internal customers worldwide.
Receives, reviews, and translates the customer requirements into new potential products.
Calculates and determines which subcomponents are necessary to use for proper product performance.
Leads the development of new projects and engineering changes according to APQP standards, from the conceptualization until launch and release into mass production.
**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and/or Product Development.
Desirable 2 years of experience as leader or part of the multifunctional team of APQP projects
Experience with international teams is desirable
Advanced level of English (speaking and writing) is a must
