Create all documents for customer approval and manufacturing of energy management equipment.Be critical to a designed-order business focused on unique customer requirements.Work with application engineering, project management, sales, and customers to resolve technical issues.Work directly with the factory manufacturing team, addressing any challenges as they produce your designs.Help improve our products by working collaboratively to identify design enhancements and then working to integrate them.Work on developing and implementing new software design solutions for the team.You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Intermediate English.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Ability to read, understand, and evaluate electrical schematics to identify errors or potential improvements.Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with high quality and in a professional manner.Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.Ability to multitask, managing large workloads and business demands.An ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to embrace a culture of quality.Considered a plus but not required:3+ years of Electrical design/drafting experience with protection and control or engineering firms
