Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, to guide project execution.
2. Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and meet project milestones.
3. Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering solutions meet design requirements and quality standards.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.
6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and managing variances to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project, conducting reviews and audits to maintain product quality.
8. Schedule Management: Manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and progress reports, to support project communication and decision-making.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within project execution, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Experiencia y requisitos
3+ years of experience in engineering roles, with exposure to project management and project execution.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience using software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA, Monday or similar.
· Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices, with expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, textile).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
