Project Engineer

Coordinates or Executes Complex Projects based on Specialized Knowledge.2.
Designs, Proposes and/or Implements New Systems that require Knowledge on different Continuous Improvement Techniques.3.
Can Assign and Supervise the Personnel of his/her Area and schedules the Workflow to facilitate a Continuous Workflow as well as the successful completion of Projects.Responsible for Appraising the Performance of Subordinates and Recommending the Appropriate Development Plans.4.
Will Participate in Crossfunctional Project Teams for ContinuousImprovement and/or New Product and/or Processes Introduction, Transferees and Implementation of New Processes according to the Clients Expectations.5.
Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Engineering Function.
**Responsibilities**:- Engineering Degree.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.- Requires knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMP´s, New Product Introduction, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
