The successful candidate will be responsible for internally and externally managing the activities and processes related to the execution of Work Orders of the systems and equipment for air filtration and management, seeking to improve costs and execution times.
Position Responsibilities: • Planning and monitoring of the activities of each project (Work Order) • Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers and technicians, contractors and service providers.
• Design and Engineering Oversight: Ensure that proposed designs and technical solutions meet project requirements and industry standards and best practices.
• Supervise the development of plans, calculations and necessary technical documentation.
• Risk management: Identify and manage risks associated with projects.
implement mitigation measures and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Coordination with stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, suppliers and other internal departments Maintain a strong relationship with clients, manage their expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Preparation of manufacturing progress and cost reports • Monitoring of Purchase Orders related to the Project (Work Order) • Workshop monitoring of the activities for the realization of the product.
• Size equipment and accessories for their correct transfer and delivery to the customer.
• Selection of transport for the correct transfer of equipment and accessories to the client's plant.
• Monitoring and reconciliation of expenses generated from workshop visits with the AAF finance team.
• Cost report update • Carry out internal work plan and for delivery to the client (MS Project) • Follow up on the MS Porject work plan on the CELOXIS platform.
Person Specification: Education, Qualifications and Affiliations Essential Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical / Industrial / Chemical / Mechatronics or related.
Technical English spoken, written, reading & listening (medium – high level) Experience Essential • At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role role, management, supervision and execution of industrial equipment manufacturing projects • Engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial type industry (automotive, HVAC, industrial equip).
Licenses or Certifications Driver license DC3 Safety Courses Technical Requirements Knowledge and experience in project management (preferably in the manufacturing of industrial equipment) Reading plans for the manufacture of industrial equipment Understanding technical specifications Basic knowledge of steel process manufacturing, welding, filtration systems, principles of mechanical and pneumatic systems Knowledge of transport and traffic regulations for transport with excess dimensions.
