This will include preparing forms, participating in launch meetings, preparing timelines and communication with customers.- Meet project timing per customer requirements.- Ensure product launches stay on track by working with the entire launch team.- Responsible to work with all levels of the organization to accomplish a successful project.- ** Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- Preparing forms pertaining to the MTI Launch process such as Manufacturing Feasibility Review, Team Feasibility Review, Timelines and Post Launch Review. Upload documents to the appropriate locations.- Preparation of Timelines using Microsoft Project Software.- Hosting meetings for the launch process.- Communication on the status of launches with customers on an as needed basis.- Ensure the launch of each project. Ensuring the multidisciplinary team fulfills their responsibilities. Ensuring the performance of Quality, Costs and Deliveries at their expense.- Carry out advanced Quality Planning activities and the development of new projects.- Manage external and internal engineering changes.- Clear and precise definition of the scope of the work to be carried out towards the functional areas.- Division of work and clear assignment to the different units of the organization and external organizations (attention to contractual commitments).- Clear setting of objectives for each functional work group in terms of a project, in which they must know as exactly as possible what is expected of them.- General programming of works and resources, as a basis for a detailed programming (balance time-costs-resources) and support of the management system.- Manage special projects assigned by plant management- Attention to client audits, as well as the establishment of the information and communication system that allows controlling deadlines, costs, and quality.- Resource management assigned by the sales manager and plant management.- **External activities**:- Visit customers in relation to projects as needed.- Represent your organization in relations with other organizations involved in the project (clients, contractor, suppliers, process companies, engineering, etc.)
