Our employee offering includes opportunities for career development and broad prospects for internal mobility around the world.Assignment: Support the Head of Turnkey Project - Tren Maya.Responsibilities:Support the turnkey project manager - Tren Maya in the presentation and monitoring of the implementation of continuous improvement actions for the business unit.Assist the Tren Maya turnkey project manager in specific missions (monitoring resolution of organizational and technical issues, preparation of agendas, deadlines, and support for presentations).Define and implement turnkey documentation archiving tools (Submission, projects, REX).Support the business development department.Training: Engineering degree or equivalent.Experience & Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of project management and turnkey infrastructure.Fluent in French, Spanish, and English.Knowledge of the railway environment and its rules of the art.Interest in solving technical problems.Strong organizational skills and interest in implementing efficient management tools.Fluency in MS Excel.Good coordination and collaboration skills.Application of Alstom discipline and processes.Use of performance indicators.Enthusiastic, responsible, interested, curious, voluntary, and dynamic.Teamwork in an international context, with partners across different sites (India, France, Spain, Brazil…).Promotes open dialogue and listening.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
