You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues who provide mentorship and inspiration so that you can become a better you.Job Purpose: To manage the technical teams responsible for delivering Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure, and Services to the site.Main Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets on the sites and supervise the maintenance of such assets.Manage the technical teams responsible for delivering Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure, and Services to the site.Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, seeking the best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following USCC/category technology selections.Prepare and manage capital budgets.Support innovation delivery as part of the regional network.Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water treatment, steam, and all infrastructure services, contracts, and contractors.Coach and develop human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.Manage the projects, overhauling, and innovation budgets.Collaborate with Operations managers to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste.Develop, build, and make available in the organization the Product, Process, and Packaging Expertise relevant to the asset base.Skills:5+ years of technical experience as a Project EngineerBasic knowledge of Unilever's innovation process managementOperational in SAP PLMStrong Project Management skillsInfluencing teams through effective communicationFluency in Spanish and EnglishMinimum of a bachelor's degree in food science, chemical engineering, packaging engineering, or a similar discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
