What youâll learn & achieve:
Under limited supervision, independently manages execution and timely completion of engineering projects related to NOM certification schemes by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications by reviewing information
**Main responsibilities**:
- Conducts reviews of information for compliance with requirements on Safety and Energy Efficiency in Mexican Schemes requirements.
- Determine the project specifications and review with our clients technical issues, providing information about procedures, standards and samples requirements to determine a completion date.
- Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact.
- Provides technical assistance to clients to explain regulatory and follow-up services.
- Resolves engineering issues associated with not compliances by analyzing and reporting on the acceptability of the customer proposals.
- Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job
- Performs other duties as directed.
What makes you a great fit:
**Required**
- Degree in electrical or electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or similar.
- Strong Knowledge about the Mexican Conformity Assessment scheme.
- Working knowledge of conformity standards in use in area of expertise.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) and Oracle software.
- Ability to identify and manage priorities when handling multiple projects
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
