Job DescriptionGeneral ObjectiveProvides the organization with support for material readiness for pre-production builds projects.Please send your resume in English.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates activities focused on providing existing and purchased components from global suppliers for all the ESB/QB/QB to be used on NPD, PSE, VE projects when needed.Provide OPS deliverables as required.Leads the execution, approval and follow up of risk buy for components and subcomponents.Completes all required reports and registers for the project execution.Presents information in meetings when required.Support activities related to department´s processes documentation.Support continuous improvement activities promoted by the plant.Schedule pre-production builds for the supported projects aligning to facility production plan.Attend conference calls with PRC and BRK colleagues.Understand, document and share lessons learned from supported projects.Follow up supply chain from the purchase, the logistics and the arrival of preproduction events of the supported projects.Coordinate cross functional teams to execute their task to ensure operations readinessQualification, Knowledge & Academic RequirementsBachelor's degree, Engineering preferred.1- 2 years in similar positionAdvanced EnglishGreat problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
