YOUR ROLEGenerate and coordinate the implementation of capital investment projects, through the use of technical information and engineering tools, complying with SHEQ guidelines, regional and global investment guidelines in order to guarantee the safety, quality, and uniformity of processes and products and plant infrastructure and optimization of manufacturing processes; always following Henkel's capital project management process in all its phases, considering its inputs and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Identify project milestones and deliverables.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues as they arise to minimize project disruptions.Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, including any challenges and adjustments needed. Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
