Compatible education required.How You'll Make an Impact:Support the evaluation of new projects registered in the BU by eliminating doubts (technical/commercial) and participating in kickoffs.
Develop the initial idea regarding the project, elaborate conceptual design based on the business specification.Plan, execute, control, and close projects based on the clauses of established contracts, seeking business profitability for the business unit; assist in the process of ensuring end user satisfaction through the definition of alternatives, resources, negotiation, and mediation of technical and commercial solutions.Follow up with Planning, Engineering, among others, focusing on meeting the requirements of the contractual relationship with clients, as well as the BU's results in terms of billing volume, free cash flow, and EBIT; provide support to the commercial area by analyzing and clarifying the technical conditions of projects, opportunities, risks involved, contractual clauses, as well as providing information on the status of projects.Represent the company to the end users regarding the operationalization of the project, detailing specifications, identifying needs, and meeting client requests.Participate in occasional pre-contractual discussions of new projects, together with the involved areas, aiming to ensure the acceptance of specifications and the profitability of the project; as well as promote Lessons Learned from relevant completed projects.Keep the Managers responsible for the business informed, so that they can consider the status of the projects in their decisions, mainly by keeping the status information always updated in the available management tools.
