.Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell [SBG]. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to develop program cost, schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.**Key Responsibilities**:- stablish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Negociate solutions to issues that may arise, and correctly and timely report all key indicatiors and status.- Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).- Ensure that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution.- Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (cost budgets, milestones).- Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics.- Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of project / scope variations (change to project scope).- Anticipate timely actions on important potential risks (technical or other).- Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized.- Project 500 /1000 hrs of fabrication- Create the conditions to enable effective working teams.- Acts as Focal Point coordinating team of technicians, planner, buyer, customers and customs (on simple projects).- Provides technical information to customs in order to acquire classifications for import/export of the material and finished goods.- Performs quotes in terms of labor hour required and completion date based on material arrival and capacity available. Coordinates redlines documentation and technical proposals to resolve them. (For simple and medium complexity projects).- Work with other departments in the organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out.- Ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.G. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Fluency in English is a must- Bilingual (English and Spanish).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Cost/Schedule/Quality Status Reporting competence- 1 year Knowledge of project management tools (e.G., Mircrosoft Office and Project) desirable- Behavioral Competencies**WE VALUE**:- Positive, proactive and passionate with demonstrated leadership skills- Ability to drive change using Six sigma methods/tools- Ability to motivate and develop people- Ability to multi-task with various simple parallel projects- Excellent teaming skills.
