YOUR ROLE · Schedule meetings, coordinate workstreams, and manage communication between internal business units and external agencies. · Notate meetings and provide summary documentation to stakeholders, including next steps, dependencies, and timelines. · Manage and update change requests from internal business units and external consultants, ensuring necessary approvals and reviews are received. · Oversee workflows and deadlines between Brand teams, Development, and the Digital Marketing team. · Track brand requests within the Development Prioritization Queue, with status updates provided regularly. · Assist with managing workstreams related to the SEO agency across five Henkel brands. · Track and generate reports for digital KPIs, updating monthly KPI dashboards, integrating data points from multiple sources, and monitoring tagging. · Manage and update dashboards for integrations like Commerce Connector, Bazaarvoice, Google Ads, etc. · Create and revise briefs for creative/development changes based on stakeholder requirements. · Acquire and consolidate creative assets from across the organization and instruct the development team accordingly. · Develop PowerPoint presentations and draft reports to present results to stakeholders. · Ensure brand and digital marketing budgets are tracked and aligned with planned expenses. · Manage the creation, renewal, and proper expiration of contracts with external agencies. · Coordinate the brand team creation of Purchase Orders. YOUR SKILLS · Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field is typically required for a Marketing and Sales Analyst position · Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to manage related workstreams. · Proficiency in tracking and generating reports for digital KPIs. · Proficiency in advanced English for effective communication, documentation, and presentations. · Experience with data integration and management of dashboards (e.g., Commerce Connector, Bazaarvoice, Google Ads).
