Work with our Project Finance team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning the Project and Structured Finance team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring that, as a company, we comply with our numerous loan agreements, serving as one of the points of contact for our lender partners for their reporting needs and delivering a lender experience that lives up to the Bright brand. Additionally, you will get exposure across Bright working with other teams (e.G., Accounting teams) to work collaboratively and ensure cross-team communication is set up for success within the Finance team to deliver an excellent lender satisfaction experience.Tasks**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- Financial Stewardship:- Managing and fulfilling Bright's obligations to institutional lenders- Timely and Accurate Reporting:- Ensuring reports meet deadlines and are rock-solid- Team Collaboration:- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align processes and deliverables**Your Key Results will be**:- At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Results system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies.
