Project Finance Sofom, Associate

Role ObjectivesThe LADA Project Finance team is seeking to hire an Associate.
Responsibilities will include:  Contributes to the development and implementation of a long-term business and marketing strategy/business plan for the Employer of Project Finance business in Mexico.
Contributes to the development and implementation of an annual business plan for Employer's Project Finance.
Contributes to the marketing, origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions for LADA.
Participant in the due diligence process to ascertain the viability of the underlying transaction.
Prepare all necessary materials for the credit approval process.
Interface with lenders, sponsors, lawyers, and all relevant parties during the execution process, to facilitate the final closing of deals.
This process includes the negotiation of credit agreements and all other related loan documentation.
Collaborates with other product departments as needed throughout the deal process.
Mentors and coaches less junior bankers to ensure that they are continuing to learn new skills and are exposed to different aspects of the deal process.
